Helping Hearts At Home specializes in providing compassionate non-medical companion care services to individuals with chronic debilitating diseases such as Alzheimer's/dementia, Parkinson's, Diabetes, and Arthritis. Our services are designed to support independent living with grace, dignity, and safety. Whether it's short-term assistance or long-term care, we offer hourly, overnight, and live-in companionship to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Our companionship services include emotional support, post-hospital recovery, case management, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, home safety assessments, pet assistance, shopping and mobility improvement. We are committed to enabling our clients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Family owned and operated. Kelly Lanzon, a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in home care and our elder population. Kelly's expertise allows her to provide comprehensive guidance to clients and their families on various aspects of aging in place.
